Golden Crackers

These organic 2-ingredient crackers are high in protein easy snacks to go packed with nutrition.

They are filled with amino acids, a healthy foods to deliver healthy fats for a low-carb balanced diet.

I also make these for my father who's trying a paleo diet. flax seeds & salt is all you need with 3 simple steps to spice your life up with a banger of a base you could slap and stack with anything. From chocolate, breakfast cereals, to butter and jam desserts and of course cheese and crackers! 

Step 1 Prepare: Add 1 cup of flax seeds per 1/2 cup of water, with a pinch or more salt and mix it all in. let it sit for 30 minutes or cover and leave overnight!

Step 2 Consolidate : Once the flaxseeds are structured together you can shape and spread them however you like as long as they're flat so that they bake evenly. Place one more baking paper over the top to seal the deal and prevent them from burning!

Step 3 Bake : Preheat Oven and bake at 180 °c or 360° Fahrenheit for 30 - 45 minutes until it easily snaps and crunchy all the way through!
