Its very easy to implement. you just take 1/2 teaspoon with warm water. i like to do it first thing but you can time it yourself with what feels best. you can even start at a smaller dosage of 1/4 teaspoon since it can be a potent detoxifier and that can come with symptoms such as breakouts and other candida/yeast related die-offs.
